Semarang, July 12, 2019, - PT Cipta Mortar Utama, part of Saint Gobain Group, a world leader in construction materials from France inaugurated its fifth factory in the Wijayakusuma Industrial Estate, Semarang, Central Java. The fifth mortar factory owned by PT Cipta Mortar Utama was inaugurated by the Regional Secretary of Central Java, Sri Puryono Karto Soedarmo accompanied by Javier Gimeno, Senior Vice President and CEO of Asia Pacific. The construction of the fifth factory in Semarang is intended to deliver faster services to bring MU-Weber closer to consumers. This step is also MU-Weber's commitment to support sustainable development in Central Java. The plant which will stand on an area of more than two hectares with a production capacity of 180,000 tons / year is a proof of Saint Gobain commitment to give continuous support to the innovative building materials industry in Indonesia.
